The Gulley Foundation

For 35 years The Gulley Foundation has provided worldwide support for various causes that serve the children of the world.

The Founder, Herschel Gulley, has taught, inspired and mobilized numerous accomplished individuals for many great causes. The result has been the establishment of a strong and solid financial base for wide reaching charitable projects.

The Foundation has enhanced the quality of life for those in need around the world. As a lifetime Kiwanis Member, Gulley continues to support organizations and projects that service children.

What we do

We support great causes. With our entrepreneurial partners we create, develop, and implement innovative self funding programs for nonprofits, schools, and churches.

Our programs create new revenue, supporters, and sponsors. We impact nonprofit sustainability and growth. Our goal is to develop innovative sustainability funding so that great causes can continue their great work. We have fun

Some of our Causes & Results

Distributed thousands of Bibles to prisons through the Prison Reform Program.

Conducted celebrity fund-raising events involving the major league sports figures and professional athletes to support distressed teenagers.

Partnered with President Ronald Reagan and First Lady Nancy Reagan on the "Know To Say No To Drugs" campaign now known as DARE.

Placed over 300,000 motorized scooters in public locations and facilities across the United States.
