The Gulley Foundation is a nonprofit charitable organization dedicated to caring, cooperation, and giving to reach out to those in need.

Since 1976 Making a Difference Throughout the World

Following the death of his mother in 1975, Herschel W. Gulley, received the encouragement from several friends including Norman Vincent Peale, W. Clement Stone, Og Mandino, Father Philip Marquard and Orville Redenbacher.

Through this experience Herschel founded a charitable organization in memory of his late mother, Hazel M. Gulley, a remarkable woman involved in numerous charitable organizations throughout her life.

Herschel sought counsel and advice from leaders of several charitable organizations and gained a rich understanding of the charitable needs locally, regionally, and around the world.

Through his significant personal and professional contacts, Herschel realized he could raise funds substantial enough to achieve many charitable objectives.

He taught, inspired  and mobilized numerous accomplished individuals.  The result was a strong and solid  financial base for wide reaching charitable projects around the world.

Herschel's desire to help others help themselves, his "pioneer spirit," and his obedience in service of the Lord, has allowed this organization to enhance the quality of life for those in need around the world for more than a quarter century.

Here are several of our current needs ..

Your financial contributions are always needed and sincerely appreciated.  Due to the diverse nature of projects we support, many specific items can be extremely helpful (see list below).

Our First Glimpse of Life project urgently needs additional new or used ultrasound imaging equipment for Crisis Pregnancy Centers across America.

Thanks to 4x4 vehicles donated during the Honduras project, we were able to send several vehicles used to transport sick and injured individuals, medicine and other supplies over terrain that normal vehicles could not negotiate.  Most major roads were devastated during Hurricane Mitch.

A matching grant will be provided for your financial contribution and used to buy medicine, build schools, hospitals and churches, thus providing relief for those in need around the world.

The Gulley Foundation is a qualified 501(c)(3).  All donations are 100% tax deductible.
